I’m Michaela, I live in Ipswich and I am a mum to two wonderful sons. I’ve spent 26 years working in the NHS because caring for people has always felt like my purpose. Over the years, I’ve learned that true wellbeing isn’t just about treating a symptom, it’s about supporting the whole person, their story, their stress, and everything that makes them who they are.

As a reflexologist, I bring that same kindness, empathy, and warmth into every session. I take confidentiality very seriously because feeling safe and comfortable is the foundation of any therapeutic relationship. I love helping people feel well, and I’m passionate about supporting a holistic lifestyle alongside conventional medicine. I have a particular interest in women’s health and in helping people calm their nervous system, especially as so many of the challenges our bodies face are rooted in stress.

When you come to see me for your treatment, I will provide a tailored, peaceful space where you can rest, rebalance, and reconnect, supporting your body’s own natural healing process.
